It’s not a place that first springs to mind for a holiday, which is why it’s such a good choice! Morocco has great tourist attractions that are not over-run with tourists!
The standard of accommodation on offer is fantastic: luxury at its most luxurious and they don’t cost the earth! If you book a car hire in Marrakech you have a pick of the large hotel chains or smaller boutique hotels. The city of Marrakesh is home to the best markets you could ever visit. If you are on the lookout for a bargain leather bag, then you need to be heading for the Birkemeyey market; they also have the fabulous tasting spices!
The best thing about having your own car hire in Morocco is that you can head out and explore the areas outside of the main cities. Morocco is of course a country famed for its beautiful sands, but you can also experience breath-taking lush valleys here! In the Ourika Valley, you can stop by villages that are lined along the river Ourika. The road through the valley leads you to the Atlas Mountains and brings you out at the seven waterfalls of Setti Fatma!
Agadir is a great resort that lies on the south west coast of Morocco. The coastal road has been specially developed so that you can enjoy the best of the coastline. You can also visit the Old Kasbah. While it was mostly destroyed in the earthquake of 1960, the site where the remains are offers fantastic views over the bay, the port and the new town.
